Pineapple Bottom

PINEAPPLE BOTTOM

• 2 oz. anejo Tequila
• 1 oz. pineapple
• 0.5 @boozybotanicals cardamom spice syrup
• 0.75 lemon juice
• Foaming agent of your choice; I used a fresh egg white.
• 1 dash Aromatic bitters @remedycocktailcompany

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Reverse dry shake. Strain into a glass of your choice ( @sister.lydrinkware pineapple bottom lowball glasses). Garnish with a sage leaf.
