    Ingredients

    • Ice

    • 2 oz. 

      vanilla vodka

    • 1 oz. 

      passion fruit liqueur (such as Passoã)

    • 1 oz. 

      passion fruit purée

    • 1/2 oz. 

      fresh lime juice

    • 1/2 oz. 

      simple syrup

    • Sliced fresh passion fruit, for garnish

    • 1 oz. 

      Prosecco

    Directions

    Step 1

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, liqueur, purée, lime juice, and simple syrup. Cover and vigorously shake until outside of shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds.

    Step 2

    Pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with passion fruit slices.

    Step 3

    Pour Prosecco into a shot glass. Drink separately or pour into cocktail.
