PINEAPPLE BOTTOM
- 2 oz. anejo Tequila
- 1 oz. pineapple
- 0.5 @boozybotanicals cardamom spice syrup
- 0.75 lemon juice
- Foaming agent of your choice; I used a fresh egg white.
- 1 dash Aromatic bitters @remedycocktailcompany
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Reverse dry shake. Strain into a glass of your choice ( @sister.lydrinkware pineapple bottom lowball glasses). Garnish with a sage leaf.
