The Elder Bee

THE ELDER BEE

• 2 oz. Gin
• 1 oz. Lemon juice
• 0.5 oz. Honey syrup
• 0.25 oz. Elderflower liqueur
• 4 Elderflower Lemon Mint Mixicles ice cubes @mixicles
• 1 dash Julep bitters @remedycocktailxompany

DIRECTIONS: Combine the first four ingredients in a shaker. Add one ice cube and shake to chill. Strain into a glass over three Elderflower Lemon Mint Mixicles. Add bitters. Garnish with a mixicle cube and edible flowers, preferably elderflowers.
