I AM HERE FOR THE POMEGRANATES: I love poms, even if I don't love trying to get the arils out without looking like I committed a murder. In this case, I cheated a bit to use some @pomwonderful juice to make a delicious and super easy gin cocktail.
No, I did not spell bourbon wrong; this is, in fact, a gin cocktail. Although it will also work with whiskey.
I'm using @brockmansgin because of the lovely fruit notes - there's a reason they make blueberry pomegranate juice. I added cinnamon syrup as well
And if you want to make it even more classy, a splash of champagne or sparkling wine on top makes it even more delicious - if a little bit more deadly.
